Master Singers Concert to be held at Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church on December 9

 

ASHBURN, VA -  November 12:  The Master Singers will be performing a Christmas concert on Sunday, December 9, 2007 at 7pm at Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church in Ashburn, Virginia.  In this concert, the Master Singers present music from England from the 19th and 20th centuries.  The performance will be by candlelight and will also include poetry readings and Christmas stories along with English food and gifts for the audience.

 

The cost of the concert is $23 for adults ($25 at the door) and $18 for students or seniors ($20 at the door).  Tickets are available for purchase through the Master Singers web site at http://msva.choralmusic.org or at Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church.

 

The Master Singers is the premiere mixed choral ensemble in Northern Virginia - thirty musicians who are dedicated to bringing the highest quality choral music to the people of the Washington, D.C. region. Concentrating primarily in 20th- and 21st-century music, the Master Singers use their concerts to enrich, educate, and entertain their audiences.

 

Our Savior’s Way, along with the Open Arms Christian Child Development Center, has served families in the Ashburn area for over 9 years.  Open Arms is open to children from 6 weeks to 12 years old and offers before/after school care for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.  They are located at the intersection of Waxpool Road and Claiborne Parkway (Exit 5 of the Greenway and 1 mile south) and are currently expanding their facility to provide room for additional community activities.
